Transfer your existing site. If you already have a web site hosted elsewhere, it is possible to move it onto our service. Your existing domain name can be transferred to our registrar account and we will work with you throughout the transfer process to make sure things run smoothly.
Package Descriptions
For business startups on a small budget our Pod package will get you started with web hosting and email (including access to our webmail facilities) for very little outlay.
The best starting point for small businesses and individual users with larger websites will be our Bud package. This provides 150MB of web space and 150MB of email space.
Our Tree package is designed for those requiring online databases and plenty of web and email space alongside. Up to five databases are built in for no additional cost and web based database administration access is also provided.
The Forest package is ready for you to install an e-Commerce system or run a large web site with SSL security built in from the go. With this setup your website will have it's own unique IP address and comes complete with access to web statistics and a premium SSL security certificate.
Support Levels
Level 1 refers to support relating to any issues with the hosting systems only (e.g. mail / web / database server not-responding or similar). In such events we will investigate and if the hosting service is found to be working correctly then support will be escalated to level 2 on request of the client. Level 1 support does not cover help with anything that is not a direct service related issue. This level of support is standard with all hosting accounts.
Level 2 support and above is generally classed as 1:1 consultancy and can be used to obtain help with your web site coding, general PC problems, setting up your email etc. Each hosting account will include an element of this support level in the package. Additional time can be purchased as necessary if you go over your included limit (the current rate is £15 plus VAT for each 20 minutes or part there of). Support at level 2 and above will be provided by another specialist UK based business on our behalf.
Additional Information
The number of POP3 mailboxes you can create is only limited by the amount of quota you allocate to each one from your main email space. Once all your quota is allocated, you will no longer be able to create any more mailboxes unless you upgrade your email quota or alter the quota on your existing mailboxes to allow space.
We operate a fair use policy with regards to data transfer limits on shared hosting accounts. Fair use is calculated in direct proportion to the amount of disk space allocated to the hosting account. In general there is nothing to worry about and we would contact you in the event of a serious over use to discuss options.
