Agreements and company policy
All hosting provision is subject to 1 year minimum signup agreement.
All domains added to vservers must be registered by or transferred to Athenaeum, or if managed DNS, we must have full DNS control (i.e. the name servers listed on the domains whois record are ours).
Customers are reminded that whilst every effort will be made to ensure there is no data loss on our servers, it is your responsibility to maintain full backups of all of your data (e.g. website content, databases etc).
