Description:
Planned maintenance work by the UK data centre to carry out a minor configuration change to amend routing tables and update advertised routes to improve service functionality and reliability.

Outage risk:
During the published engineering window, there may be an expected risk to services not exceeding 2 hours as the engineer fails over to the resilient service. Data centre engineers will be on site during the power upgrade and full testing will be completed.

The data centre say there is no expected impact to customers and the notification is for a potential loss of resilience during the maintenance window only.

Their engineering team have assured us they will be closely monitoring all systems and services, as well as the above, to ensure any disruption is kept to a minimum.
