Description:
Essential maintenance work is to be carried out by the UK data centre’s service partners. Their service partner is only in a position to carry out these works during the given windows. They have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the service will not be disrupted during these scheduled maintenance events.

Outage risk:
Due to the maintenance works, a loss of all resilience will be expected. The UK data centre employ multiple levels of resilience throughout their network infrastructure however in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances a subset of services may be affected by these emergency works during the above maintenance windows.

Please note:
There will only be a loss of resilience during the above maintenance windows, not a loss of service.

Both the data centre owners and their service partners’ engineering team will be closely monitoring all systems and services, as well as the above, to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
