Publishing Web Pages Guide - Frontpage 2000
These instructions describe the steps to correctly publish your web site if you have designed your site using Microsoft Frontpage 2000.
1. From the menu bar select "File" then "Publish Web..."
Enter the location to publish to, making sure you enter the folder within your hosting space that contains the relevant document root.
e.g. if your username is fred_smith and your web site is www.fredsmith.uk.com then the location to publish would be:
ftp://ftp.fredsmith.uk.com/fredsmith.uk.com/
See your welcome email to find your specific details.
2. Click on the "Publish" button
Now enter your ftp username (e.g. fred_smith) and password, then click on "OK" (again, please refer to your welcome email for details).
3. Wait for Frontpage to finish publishing your website
4. All done
